Student Athlete and Parent Information Meeting

Sunday, November 6th, 2022

@7:00 PM Archer High School Cafeteria

(Uniform orders will close and will not re-open on Sunday, November 20th 2022 at Midnight)

Need to Know:

1. ALL Student Athletes interested in participating in Track and Field MUST complete the Google Form linked at the Top left of this page titled, "Archer Track and Field 2023 Registration"

2. ALL Newcomers to the program are REQUIRED to complete the "2023 Uniform Orders" form also located at the Top Left of this page.  There are 5 items available to select sizes for and ALL 5 need to be selected. Returners to the program may also fill out this form and select individual items that they need replacements for. ALL questions in the form must be completed. Returners may select "N/A" for items they are not wishing to purchase. 

3. Paying your Fees!

Returners dues for ALL Student Athletes participating in Track and Field this season are $200. This can be paid using the link on the left side of this page titled "Pay your fees". (When doing so, please type "Returners Fees" into the notes section of the payment and list your Student Athlete's First and Last name).  Newcomers to the program, your fees for the season are $400. This payment includes your uniform and gear and can also be paid using the same "Pay your Fees" link on the left side of the page. (When doing so, please type "Newcomers Fees" into the notes section of the payment along with your Student Athlete's First and Last name). If you are a Newcomer, please also make sure you complete that "2023 Uniform Orders" form above.

4. Fundraising Information:

-We will once again be participating in our 2 main fundraisers. The first, is our Honey Baked Ham Gift card Fundraiser. The link for this event is located on the right hand side of the screen. As we approach the Holiday season, please consider purchasing your Ham/Turkey from here and supporting the program!

-Our second fundraiser will once again be our DoubleGood Popcorn Fundraiser. This is REQUIRED for all members of the 2023 Archer Track and Field Program. If you do not wish to participate, you can select the link on the right titled "Fundraiser Opt-Out". This fee will be $100. In the note section of your payment, please type your Student Athlete's first and last name followed by "Fundraiser Opt-Out".

The DoubleGood Popcorn Fundraiser will launch on Saturday, November 12th 2022.


As of 3/9/2022,  All GCPS schools are REQUIRED to use Rank One for  physicals and all appropriate documents for tryouts should be connected or linked to:


Please read the instructions below carefully and note that you should do ALL RANK ONE ACCOUNT INFORMATION FIRST, and then take the HISTORY FORM to the Doctor to get your Physical Examination Form complete.
